We’re thrilled to introduce Kiva Slade, our new Operations Manager. She brings fresh energy and strong organizational leadership to our growing team.

Kiva joins MBDA with a proven background in operations, program coordination, and strategic systems-building, skills that will be invaluable as we continue expanding our experience, revitalization, redevelopment initiatives downtown. Her role will play a central part in strengthening the day-to-day backbone of our organization, ensuring our programs run smoothly, our data stays organized, and our internal operations keep pace with the rapid momentum of our work.
