Free, family-friendly Halloween night at Plyler Park. The park opens at 5 with strolling Halloween characters roaming until 8, fire performances start at 6, and Ntranz plays 6 to 8 with pop, rock and Top 40. All ages, costumes welcome, not a haunted house. Part of Fright Nights, free Halloween events downtown October 2 through November 1.
