Mary Jo Rogers

Mary Jo Rogers is executive vice president and chief lending officer with South Atlantic Bank, headquartered in Myrtle Beach, SC. Mary Jo is a Commercial Banker and Certified Financial Planner with over thirty years of experience. She joined South Atlantic Bank in 2007 as one of its founding employees.
As a lifelong lover of learning and teaching, Mary Jo serves on the faculty of the South Carolina Bankers School and the Barret School of Banking.
Passionate about giving back to the community she loves, Mary Jo is the founding chairman of New Directions of Horry County, an organization that operates the four homeless shelters in Myrtle Beach. She is Treasurer of the Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance, is a current board member of One Grand Stand and is past president of the Myrtle Beach Art Museum, Grand Strand Optimist Club, Better Business Bureau, and Kids Voting of Horry County.
