What It Is
Downtown doesn’t close for fall. When the summer crowds thin out and the evenings finally cool off, downtown Myrtle Beach gets to be itself again — and Fall Nights at Nance fills it with free fall concerts in Myrtle Beach, eight evenings at Nance Plaza from September 16 through October 29.
The rhythm is simple: DJ Music Bingo on Wednesdays, live bands on Thursdays, alternating every other week. Four bingo nights, four bands, one plaza.
All eight are free. Bring a chair, bring a friend, bring whoever. There’s no ticket to buy and nothing to sign up for.

A Fall Nights Fixture
Bingo, but the caller is a DJ and the squares are songs. You get a card, the DJ drops a track, and you mark it if you’ve got it. No music-trivia degree required — if you’ve had a radio on in the last forty years, you’ll do fine.
